Lift breakdown repair in Delhi NCR

Lift Rakshak supports Delhi NCR buildings when a lift stops working, doors fail to close, the cabin does not level correctly or the controller shows an error. The service request begins with fault details, building access information and basic lift information so the visit can be planned practically.

Safety-critical calls are prioritized, but attendance depends on traffic, practical availability, site access and the reported fault.

What this service covers

  • Common checks can include doors, sensors, controller status, drives, motors, landing locks and cabin levelling behavior.
  • Parts, labour scope and timing are confirmed after assessment, not quoted as fixed one-size-fits-all prices.
  • Safety-critical breakdowns and trapped-passenger situations should be treated as urgent safety calls.

Safety boundaries

  • Do not bypass door locks, safety circuits or controller protections to restart a lift.
  • Do not allow residents or staff to perform electrical checks inside lift panels.
  • If passengers are trapped, treat the call as safety-critical rather than an ordinary breakdown request.

Scope and documentation

  • Ask for the inspected fault category and the recommended repair scope in writing.
  • Record whether the issue is temporary, recurring or related to parts that may need replacement.
  • Keep repair notes for future AMC decisions and repeated-fault tracking.

Practical questions

What information helps during a breakdown?

Share the location, lift make if known, fault symptoms, floor position, usage type and whether passengers are trapped.

Do you list fixed repair prices?

No. Repair cost depends on inspection findings, parts, lift age, access and the written scope.

Can a building request AMC after repair?

Yes. AMC scope can be discussed after the lift condition, usage and service expectations are reviewed.
