Lift repair in North-West Delhi

Building and access context

• North-West Delhi coverage includes locality references such as Rohini, Pitampura, Shalimar Bagh, Ashok Vihar and Wazirpur. Use these names when the building location is shared by phone or WhatsApp.
• North-West Delhi requests should include the sector, block, nearest gate and whether the site is a residential tower, industrial building, school, office or public-facing premise.
• If the building is closer to Bawana, Narela, Burari and Jahangirpuri, include that pocket or sector so the request is not confused with another part of Delhi.
• Share the nearest gate, tower or block, parking restriction and the person who can provide lift-room or controller access.

What to share

• Delhi locality or sector, building name, tower or block, gate and the nearest practical access point.
• Lift position, trapped-passenger status, door condition, display error and whether the lift is fully shut down.
• Lift make if known, previous service notes, recurring fault pattern and the person who can approve lift-area access.
• For AMC or preventive maintenance, share the number of lifts, floors served, usage type and preferred documentation expectations.

North-West Delhi attendance is coordinated through the Delhi hub with attention to route conditions, access permission, practical availability, fault severity and parts requirements.
